Exchange Policy
We understand that it can be difficult picking the right scent for you! We are happy to exchange your product, as long as it hasn't been used and within 24 hours of receiving your product
All you have to do is send us an email with your order number and we will send you a return slip.
Shipping and Returns
All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. If there are delays they will be updated on here for reference.
Returns are accepted as long as the items haven’t been used and photo proof is provided.
Colour variations and air bubbles may be present on our home decor items. As these items are handmade; this is an inevitable part of the process. As such, these reasons will not be accepted for a refund.
Full refunds are given if:
- items are damaged in some way (chipped, spillage, or wrong product)
- we are contacted within 24 hours of opening package.
- photos are provided
- items have not been used.
If items were damaged due to post; photos must be taken immediately BEFORE removing items from box. And a form should be filled out through Australia Post.
We take pride in packaging our items neatly and safely to ensure this doesn’t occur.
